The clock begins ticking the moment your pet shows signs of a medical emergency, and immediate access to outstanding care gives your pet the best chance for a full and speedy recovery.

With more than 4 decades of combined experienced, All Pets Clinic vets have the knowledge and experience to deal with a wide range of emergencies in dogs, cats, small mammals, birds, and exotic pets. When needed, these capabilities are further enhanced by our cutting-edge diagnostic technology and state-of-the-art surgical facilities.

If your pet is in distress, call us at (352) 351-3588. We are often able to provide same-day appointments and we see pets for emergencies during our hours of operations.

Signs and symptoms indicating that your pet requires emergency care include:

  • Anaphylactic reaction (swelling of the face, hives)
  • Difficulty breathing
  • Bleeding
  • Seizures
  • Collapse, lethargy
  • Squinting eyes
  • Trauma (such as an attack or being hit by a car)
  • Unable to get comfortable
  • Ingestion of toxins (grapes/rasins, chocolate, onions, xylitol, antifreeze, marijuana, etc)
